10-Minute Morning Workout with Video

The Morning Workout with video gives the exercise plan a guide: every day a session of about 10 minutes made of short trainer clips plays through. Anyone unsure how to do an exercise properly sees it – and simply joins in.

Checked off without checking off Once the session has played through, the day is done. If you need more rigour, set a stricter check-in: confirmation at the end or a click at second 40 of each video. This creates a record of activity that also works for internal documentation.

As a measure or as a health app As a measure, everyone sees the same session on the same day – good for teams that want to start together and talk about it. As a health app, everyone works through the videos at their own pace: anyone who skips a day picks up exactly where they left off. Both run in the employee portal, where the videos are played. The portal is included from the Starter plan.

How you can tell it is working By check-ins still coming in after the first month, and by managers who join in themselves and mention it in their team.

How to put it in place

  1. 1
Start it as a measure or switch it on as a health app in the employee portal (Starter and up)
  2. 2
Choose the check-in mode: automatic at the end, confirmation at the end or a click at second 40 (audit mode)
  3. 3
Inform employees — everyone subscribes themselves in the portal
